Warranty and return of non-conforming goods

“Riga Investment Solutions” SIA, reg. No. 40103731185, ensures the conformity of the goods with the contract and guarantees the rights of the customer in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Act and the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

Duration and applicability of the guarantee

  • A natural person has the right to lodge a claim for non-conformity of the goods within two (2) years from the date of receipt of the goods.

  • If the defect becomes apparent within six (6) months, it shall be deemed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless the Seller proves otherwise.

  • For legal or natural persons purchasing the product for business purposes, the warranty is 12 months or the manufacturer’s warranty, if longer.

Conditions for applying the guarantee

The warranty covers industrial or technological defects that are not caused by the Customer’s fault or misuse. If the defect can be remedied, free repair is offered; if repair is not possible, the product is replaced.

Refunds will only be granted if repair or replacement is not possible within a reasonable time or if no equivalent product is available.

The warranty does not apply if:

  • The product is mechanically damaged or damaged due to an error in use.

  • Unauthorised repair attempts have been made.

  • The serial number is missing or damaged.

  • This is normal wear and tear (e.g. batteries, wires, accessories).

  • Purchased on behalf of a legal entity.

The warranty does not cover accessories such as:
batteries, power adapters, cooling systems, headphones, remote controls, USB cables, chargers, etc.

Warranty certificate

The purchase invoice issued with the product is considered the guarantee document. Please keep it for the entire warranty period.

Money-back guarantee

The customer has the right to withdraw from the goods and return them without explanation within 14 calendar days if:

  • The product is unused, complete and in the original manufacturer’s packaging.

  • Not made or personalised to order.

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Reason for return (if applicable)

  • Picture (if the product is damaged)

The return address and instructions will be provided by email.

The money will be refunded within 14 working days of receipt of the goods in our warehouse.

Return costs

  • Transport costs shall be borne by the Client.

  • If the goods are delivered faulty or defective, the Seller shall bear the costs.
