General rules

These General Terms and Conditions govern the legal relationship between the buyer (hereinafter – the Customer) and the owner of the online store 9mm-veikals.lv Riga Investment Solutions SIA (hereinafter – the Seller) arising from the purchase of goods online.

The Terms and Conditions shall be binding on both parties and shall apply together with the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Latvia. In unforeseen cases, these Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the said laws.

The Seller has the right to unilaterally change the content, prices, delivery and payment procedures of the Terms by improving the quality of the services or the offer of goods. Changes shall enter into force upon their publication on www.9mm-veikals.lv.

By placing an order and making payment, the Customer confirms that he/she has read and fully accepts the terms and conditions in force.

Prices and delivery

All prices are quoted in euros (EUR), including value added tax (21%). Prices do not include delivery costs, which are calculated automatically at the time of ordering, based on the delivery address and delivery method chosen.

If the Customer wishes to have goods delivered to more than one address, a separate order must be placed for each shipment.

If the order was placed before the price changes were published, the price in force at the time the order was placed will apply.

Liability and force majeure

“Riga Investment Solutions SIA shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred by the Client as a result of third party actions or force majeure.

The Client is responsible for compliance with these Terms and Conditions and is liable for damages in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, in accordance with applicable law.

Neither party shall be liable for non-performance of obligations caused by external, unforeseeable circumstances beyond its control (force majeure situations).

Data security and confidentiality

The Seller undertakes to use the information provided by the Customer only for the purposes of processing orders and ensuring delivery. Personal data shall not be disclosed to third parties, except as required by law.

Payment security is ensured by the SSL encryption protocol, which protects the exchange of data between the Client and the payment system.

Dispute resolution

All possible disputes and disagreements between the Client and Riga Investment Solutions SIA shall be settled through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the party shall have the right to apply to the courts of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
