“Riga Investment Solutions” SIA, reg. Strēlnieku iela 9-7, Rīga, LV-1010 (hereinafter - the Seller) , undertakes to protect the privacy and personal data of its customers obtained during the order process and during the use of the website.

Purposes of processing personal data

The Seller processes the Customer's personal data for the following purposes:

  • Order processing and delivery

  • Invoicing and sending

  • Contacting the customer about the order

  • Sending out offers and promotions (only with customer consent)

Basis for data processing

Payments for goods are made off-site in a secure banking environment. " Riga Investment Solutions SIA does not have access to the customer's payment card data. Data transmission between the Client, the payment system and the banks is encrypted using an SSL certificate, ensuring the highest level of protection.

The Customer has the right at any time to:

  • Request information about your data

  • Request rectification or erasure

  • Withdraw consent to receive marketing material

  • Request restriction of data processing
