Exchange and return of goods

If for any reason the goods purchased in the online shop are not suitable, do not meet your expectations or have been incorrectly delivered, the Customer has the right to return or exchange them within 14 days of receipt of the goods, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Act.

Conditions for returning goods

  • The goods must be clean, undamaged and in full working order.

  • The goods must be in the original packaging of the manufacturer.

  • When returning an item, you must enclose proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

  • Refunds are made to the bank account indicated within 14 working days of receipt and inspection.

  • Transportation costs are borne by the buyer, except in the case of incorrect or damaged goods, in which case the costs are borne by Riga Investment Solutions SIA.

Exceptional cases

Return is not possible if:

  • The goods are made or customised to the Customer’s individual order (e.g. personalised accessories, engravings, etc.).

  • The product does not meet hygiene or safety requirements after opening (if applicable).

  • The item has been used and is no longer in new condition.
