Delivery

9mm-veikals.lv goods are delivered throughout Latvia using reliable delivery partners. Delivery options and costs are displayed in the shopping cart during order placement by selecting the desired delivery method.

Free delivery from 100 €

If the order amount exceeds € 100.00, delivery to an Omniva or DPD parcel office is free of charge (except for firearms, ammunition and bulky goods).

Types of delivery

  • DPD courier - delivery to your address.

  • Omniva or DPD drop-off service - for easy pick-up at any time.

  • Omniva post office - optionally available for certain order types.

  • In-store pick-up - goods can be picked up in person at 9 Lacplesa Street, Riga, LV-1010

Please note: Firearms and ammunition can only be collected in person from the shop with the relevant documents.

Delivery deadlines

Orders placed before 14:00 on weekdays are usually processed the same day.
Orders received on a Friday afternoon or on a weekend are processed on the next working day (usually Monday).

Unavailability and replacement of goods

If an item you have ordered is not available, Riga Investment Solutions SIA will contact you to inform you of the situation and offer you an alternative. If the replacement is not suitable, we guarantee a full refund for the unavailable item.

Important information

  • Bulky goods (e.g. safes, sledges, etc.) are not delivered by courier or parcel machines. Such goods can only be collected in person.

  • Our customer support will inform you if there are any delays or unforeseen circumstances.
